The meds you can't get in the States.

One of the joys of living abroad is that we have medical products not available in the US.  For example recently a neighbor brought over a tub of ??? which promised to increase the patient’s rear end if applied regularly…

Too funny.

Attached are some pictures of my favorites (with scans of the directions—you should never take medicine without reading the directions.)

The first is “Gold Lion Medicated Oil.”  It’s a steal, because for less than a buck it cures: “skin itches, insect bites, cuts, wounds, vomiting, muscles stiffness & sprains, headache, coughs, cold, drunkenness, sea-sickness, muscular ache & pain, sparain and rheumatism, giddiness, and sore throat tooth ache.”  Can you top that?  It cures drunkenness and giddiness!

The second is “Lateef Surma Special Mamirah Spectical Remover.”  This one seems legit—it comes with a little flask of medicine and an “applicator” (read: plastic stick to poke into your eye.)  40 days of use will cure “Fading eyes”, my “Glateric vision is improved” with regular use (and it will remove my “specticals”), and its “Excellent for Blephritis.”

By one for yourself and one for a friend!  Stocks are going fast!
